Degustazione Minuto Caffè al Gabbiano constitutes the beginning of our adventure in owned shops management. We opened it in Savona in 1996, inside the shopping center Il Gabbiano and it soon became a point of reference for tasting and buying the best coffee blends directly made in Nazionale Piemonte street, our historic place.
At the “Iper” ( in such a way our regular customers call the Degustazione): we take maniacal care our espresso machines, we grind our blend paying constantly special attention to humidity changes and least but not last we can prepare an excellent espresso rapidly and with great care.
If you are looking for the most suitable coffee to sip at home, you are really spoilt for choice: blends of pure arabic coffee beans; ground coffee; compatible capsules Nespresso, Lavazza a Modo Mio, Lavazza Espresso Point, Nescafè Dolce Gusto; single-dose paper filter pods and single-origin coffee also for filter coffee brewing.
At the “Iper” you can taste also our also croissants and other baked goods fresh made every day by our bakery bar “Fior di Aroma at Le Officine”.
